With Love from Philly Banner | Philadelphia Visitor Center

The Visitor Center is a long hallway-like building that needed something to draw visitors toward the center. Following a wide-reaching investigation that included everything from a rock climbing wall to the Rocky Steps, we delivered a solution that gave the guests a reason to smile — for the camera.

We created a tensioned banner that can easily be removed when the space needs to expand. The fabric-printed graphic features 28 locations around Philadelphia, giving it the feel of a giant step-and-repeat banner perfect for selfies. As a surprise benefit, curious guests now walk through the space and end up making a purchase at the nearby cafe. More smiles + more revenue + more exploring = 👍

“Brad and the Crafted Action team were a pleasure to work with. Fully engaged and flexible throughout the project and went above and beyond. They worked towards a solution whenever there was a challenge and truly considered the Visitor Center's best interest. Our visitors and team are thrilled with the final installation and plan to expand the concept elsewhere. We also look forward to working with Crafted Action on the future strategy and phases of our project.”
